Fascia and Breath.

A six week guided series

Your breath does not happen in isolation. The way you breathe is influenced by your feet, hips, spine, rib cage, shoulders and the connective tissue that runs throughout your entire body. Restriction in one area can change how movement and breath are experienced somewhere else.

Over six weeks we will explore the body through the major fascial lines. Each class begins with 45 to 60 minutes of guided fascial release, mobility and body awareness, followed by a breath practice designed to help you experience and integrate the changes you have created.

Each week builds on the last as we explore the back, front, sides, rotational patterns and deeper connections within the body. This is not about forcing your body to open or trying to breathe perfectly. It is about becoming more aware of how everything is connected, and discovering what becomes possible when your body has more space to move and breathe.

Pelvic Floor and Breath.

A four week guided series

The pelvic floor and the breath are meant to work together, but many of us have never been taught how to feel that relationship.

The pelvic floor is not something we should constantly squeeze, strengthen or hold. It needs to respond to our breathing, movement and changes in pressure. That means being able to contract when needed, but also soften, lengthen and let go.

Over four weeks we will explore the relationship between the diaphragm, abdominal wall, rib cage and pelvic floor. You will learn how the pelvic floor responds to each breath, how holding and bracing can affect that relationship, and how to match your breathing with pelvic floor movement and awareness.

Through gentle movement, sensory exploration and guided breath practices, we will build a better understanding of pressure, tension, relaxation and coordination within the body. This series is not about doing more Kegels. It is about learning how to feel your pelvic floor, understand how it responds and reconnect it with the way you breathe.
